What to Expect in My Counseling Session
Most would agree that it is often not easy to go to a counselor. A counseling session with Dennis usually begins with him asking you to be honest about 3 things that you are the expert of. Those 3 things are your thoughts, your feelings, and your behavior. Instead of taking a band-aid approach, I collaborate with you while being nonjudgmental to avoid wasting your time and hard-earned money. Many of my clients here have told me in their own words, “You get so real!” Counseling is too serious to be anything less.
